JOB TITLE – Recreation Supervisor

RATE OF PAY - £11.45 per hour plus exceptional benefits

HOURS OF WORK – 15 hours
SHIFT DETAILS – 2 days out of 7

OVERVIEW
We are seeking to appoint a dedicated Recreation Supervisor who thrives in a collaborative environment. This role encompasses engaging in all responsibilities related to the swimming pool, reception, and changing facilities. The ideal candidate will hold a National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) or an equivalent certification. A Pool Lifeguard qualification is mandatory.

WHAT YOU'LL DO ...
Your responsibilities will include:
1. Providing swimming pool supervision as required.
2. Ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of all leisure areas.
3. Assisting with reception duties when necessary.
4. Upholding the safety of guests in leisure-related areas.
5. Managing the opening and closing of the facility and overseeing the maintenance of equipment and supplies.
6. Ensuring that any lost property is properly handed over to the designated department.
