Front Office Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the Front Office operations, ensuring a superior guest experience. Efficiently manage customer inquiries and reservations. Lead the recruitment and development of the front office team, establishing objectives and delivering constructive feedback.

Essential Qualifications:

A minimum of 2 years of managerial experience in the hospitality sector. Exceptional customer service and communication abilities. Strong organizational skills, adaptability, and leadership qualities are highly valued.
