WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR ...
We seek a strong individual with a proactive approach who can effectively manage the daily operational challenges. Proven people management skills are crucial, along with the ability to motivate, organize, and lead a team. Familiarity with 'Opera' software is advantageous but not mandatory.
A genuine passion for the hospitality industry and the capability to provide exceptional service in a high-expectation environment are essential. Experience in the Rooms Division of the hospitality sector is required, with a preference for candidates who have thrived in a quality-focused, high-volume setting.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES ...
You will play a key role in supporting and enforcing departmental standards, ensuring they are upheld by the Front Office team during your shifts. Your focus will be on delivering an unparalleled guest service experience from the moment guests arrive until their departure. You will ensure that training is conducted to meet the Resort's standards and aligns with business needs.

The Celtic Collection is a distinguished portfolio of unique hotels and event venues located at the gateway to South Wales, built on the success of the Celtic Manor Resort, a premier business and leisure destination recognized as the Best UK Hotel for nine of the last ten years at the Meetings & Incentive Travel Awards.
As the host venue for significant events, including the 2014 NATO Summit and the 2010 Ryder Cup, the Celtic Manor Resort stands as one of Europe's premier destinations for luxury getaways, family vacations, special occasions, golfing retreats, and corporate events. The resort features three championship golf courses, luxurious spas, outstanding conference facilities, and various team-building and family activities such as archery, adventure golf, laser clays, and treetop ropes courses.
In addition to the five-star Resort Hotel, the Collection encompasses the historic Manor House, the stylish Coldra Court Hotel, ten luxury self-catering Hunter Lodges, and the convenience of T? Hotel Magor. The 170-bedroom Parkgate Hotel opened in Cardiff's city center in partnership with the Welsh Rugby Union, and a second T? Hotel was launched at Milford Waterfront in collaboration with the Port of Milford Haven.
In September 2019, The Celtic Collection inaugurated the International Convention Centre Wales (ICC Wales) in a joint venture with the Welsh Government.
