WHAT WE ARE SEEKING ...
We are in search of a dynamic individual with a proactive approach who can effectively manage the challenges of daily operations. Proven people management abilities are crucial, along with the capacity to organize, motivate, and lead a team. Familiarity with 'Opera' software is advantageous but not mandatory.
A genuine passion for the hospitality industry and the capability to provide exceptional service in a high-expectation environment are essential. Experience in the Rooms Division of the hospitality sector is required, preferably in a quality-focused, high-volume setting.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES ...
You will be tasked with supporting and enforcing departmental standards, ensuring they are upheld by the Front of House team during your shifts. The Celtic Collection is a distinguished group of unique hotels and event venues located at the gateway to South Wales, built upon the success of the Celtic Manor Resort.
