We seek a dynamic individual with a proactive approach who can effectively manage the daily operational challenges. Proven people management abilities are crucial, along with the capacity to motivate, organize, and lead a team. Familiarity with hospitality management systems would be advantageous but is not mandatory.
A genuine passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional service in a high-expectation environment are essential. Experience in the Rooms Division of the hospitality sector is required, particularly for candidates who have thrived in a quality-focused, high-volume setting.

WHAT YOU'LL DO ...
You will oversee the implementation and adherence to departmental standards, ensuring they are upheld by the Guest Services team during your shifts. Your primary focus will be on providing an unparalleled guest experience from arrival to departure. You will also ensure that training is aligned with company standards and meets operational needs.

The Celtic Collection is a distinguished portfolio of unique hotels and event venues located at the gateway to South Wales, stemming from the success of the Celtic Manor Resort, a premier business and leisure destination recognized as the Best UK Hotel for nine of the last ten years at the Meetings & Incentive Travel Awards.
The resort has hosted significant events, including the NATO Summit and the Ryder Cup, and is renowned as one of Europe's premier destinations for luxury getaways, family vacations, special events, golfing retreats, and corporate gatherings. The facilities include three championship golf courses, luxurious spas, exceptional conference venues, and a range of team-building and family activities.
In addition to the five-star Resort Hotel, the Collection features the historic Manor House, the contemporary Coldra Court Hotel, ten upscale self-catering Hunter Lodges, and the convenient Tŷ Hotel Magor. The Parkgate Hotel, a 170-bedroom establishment, opened in Cardiff city center in partnership with the Welsh Rugby Union, and a second Tŷ Hotel debuted at Milford Waterfront in collaboration with the Port of Milford Haven.
