We are in search of a skilled Spa Receptionist with a vibrant personality to become a vital part of our exceptional team.
Alongside impeccable presentation and a courteous, professional demeanor, you will showcase outstanding guest service abilities acquired through experience in a comparable position.
To provide a remarkable five-star guest experience, a willingness to learn is essential, and a qualification in beauty is advantageous to assist therapists as needed.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES ...
You will extend a warm and inviting welcome to every guest, guiding them through our facilities upon arrival and offering assistance and advice whenever necessary.
Continuous training will be available, enabling you to acquire in-depth knowledge of our treatments and products, as well as the capability to promote them to guests.
