Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Public Area Supervisor to join our team at The Celtic Collection. As a Public Area Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading and maintaining a high standard of cleanliness in our Public Areas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and motivate a team to ensure consistent standards and outstanding productivity.
  • Direct and lead by example to maintain a 5-star standard in all areas allocated.
  • Ensure guest satisfaction by maintaining a high level of cleanliness and attention to detail.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Monitor and maintain the highest level of cleanliness in all public areas.

Requirements

  • Good understanding of the luxury hotel market and experience working in a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a high level of attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of Opera (computer system) is advantageous.
