We are thrilled to present an opportunity for a skilled Team Leader to become a vital part of our Conference and Events division at Celtic Manor Resort.

This position demands a keen attention to detail to guarantee that the utmost standards of service are maintained throughout the guests' experience at the Resort.
You should be an outstanding team player, a source of motivation, possess excellent communication skills, and have a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service. A professional demeanor and high standards of presentation are essential.
Ideally, you will have experience leading a team in a hospitality setting and a strong desire to create memorable experiences for our customers.
Experience in a 4* or 5* hotel or in a high-volume banqueting environment is preferred.
WHAT YOU'LL DO ...
As one of several Team Leaders reporting to the Operations Manager, you will oversee small teams to facilitate the execution of daily events.
Your responsibilities may include managing a small event, coordinating a series of small meetings, or supervising a busy lunch service.
During dinner service, you will lead a team of up to 12 staff members to deliver plated meals to designated tables, ensuring that every guest receives their requested meal, including managing special dietary requirements.
Prior to service, you will conduct a briefing with your team to clarify duties and check your area for readiness.
Strong organizational skills, the ability to prioritize tasks, and quick thinking are crucial, as changes may occur with little notice.
Depending on your capabilities and aspirations, you may be involved in client interactions and will be provided with the skills and experience necessary to confidently manage events for up to 150 attendees. There will be opportunities for advancement to Supervisor, Floor Manager, and beyond.
