Talent Acquisition Partner - Finance

We are seeking a highly motivated Talent Acquisition Partner. You will play a crucial role in identifying, recruiting, and hiring top talent to drive a high performing culture. Your expertise will contribute to the development of our talent pipeline, ensuring we attract and retain the best in the industry.

To stay close to customers, our support teams are in the office three days a week as we believe that skills are developed through collaboration, and that spending time together makes us more creative and connected.

What you'll do

Your key accountabilities will include

  • Develop and implement strategic talent acquisition tactics tailored to the finance sector.
  • Partner with hiring managers and people partners to understand recruitment needs and define job specifications.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and negotiating offers.
  • Utilize online resources and maintain an applicant tracking database to streamline the hiring process.
  • Engage in talent acquisition activities and networking events to promote our employer brand.
  • Provide a positive hiring experience for our customers/candidates and ensure alignment with our company's mission and values.

Who you are

Your skills and experience will include

  • Proven experience in the talent acquisition of finance professionals, preferable both in agency and in-house.
  • Exceptional business partnering skills and experience.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment methodologies and employment laws.
  • Excellent communication and people skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
