We are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager with a strong focus on business development and sales to drive new revenue opportunities and grow our business through relationship-building, pitching, and negotiating contracts.
Key Responsibilities- Grow Driven Talent's business through relationship-building, pitching, and negotiating contracts.
- Manage and support a roster of talent, ensuring their growth, satisfaction, and involvement in relevant collaborations.
- Develop creative solutions that align with brand objectives, pitching our talent to both new and existing partners to maximise revenue opportunities.
- Negotiate and close deals for our talent, driving revenue growth.
- Maintain and expand long-term relationships with brand partners, ensuring mutual satisfaction and ongoing collaboration.
- Identify, negotiate, and sign promising new talent that aligns with the agency's mission and industries.
- Efficiently track contacts, deals, and communications using HubSpot (or similar CRM).
- Established network of industry contacts relevant to the automotive, construction, and industrial sectors.
- Previous experience in business development, social media, influencer marketing, or talent management.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with CRM systems (preferably HubSpot).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
- A competitive salary, dependent on experience, with a range of £35,000-£55,000.
- 28 days' leave including bank holidays.
