We are seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Partner to join our UK People & Culture/HR team. In this role, you will manage the complete recruitment lifecycle and serve as the primary liaison for specific regions and functions.

A proactive mindset, strong accountability, and strategic insight in talent acquisition are crucial for success in this position.

Your key responsibilities will encompass:

  • Establishing and nurturing relationships with hiring managers to grasp their business goals and staffing requirements.
  • Creating innovative sourcing techniques to attract high-caliber candidates.
  • Evaluating and screening potential candidates to develop a robust talent pipeline.
  • Investigating talent pools in emerging markets.
  • Keeping abreast of industry developments and recruitment methodologies.
  • Utilizing recruitment analytics to pinpoint trends and areas for enhancement.
  • Ensuring the accuracy of data within recruitment platforms.
  • Advising hiring managers on effective talent evaluation and recruitment strategies.
  • Overseeing vendor partnerships and contributing to employer branding efforts.
  • Improving the candidate experience while maintaining a comprehensive understanding of company offerings.
  • Providing outstanding support to candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Negotiating compensation packages and coordinating interviews.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in high-volume recruitment, ideally within the hospitality sector or a rapidly growing environment.
  • Familiarity with HR and recruitment systems.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
  • Adept at working both independently and as part of a team.
  • Strategic mindset and proactive stakeholder engagement.
