Senior Partner in Talent Acquisition and Leadership

We are seeking a skilled Senior Partner in Talent Acquisition and Leadership to enhance our Global Talent Acquisition team.

In this position, you will manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from talent sourcing to onboarding.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify, attract, and engage exceptional talent, particularly within the London and European markets.
  • Ensure a diverse talent pipeline through innovative and dedicated sourcing methods.
  • Guide candidates and stakeholders through a smooth recruitment journey, establishing yourself as a trusted advisor and expert.
  • Utilize data analytics to provide stakeholders with insightful candidate and market information.
  • Collaborate with essential business stakeholders, fellow Talent Acquisition Partners, and members of the People team to achieve successful results.
  • Work closely with the Director of Talent Acquisition and the team to comprehend market dynamics and devise strategies for business growth.

Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated success in recruiting top-tier technical talent, including software engineers and product managers.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the European technology talent landscape.
  • Experience in managing both high-volume hiring and specialized talent searches.
  • Exceptional sourcing capabilities to ensure a diverse candidate pool.
  • Adept at balancing ongoing recruitment needs with project initiatives.
  • A commitment to a data-driven approach in your work.
  • A collaborative spirit, contributing to the Talent Acquisition team and the broader People team.
  • Experience in employer branding and recruitment marketing, with a willingness to partner and learn.
  • Background in scaling a pre-IPO SaaS or technology organization.
