Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for:

  • Leveraging your specialist knowledge to source and attract top talent within the commodities and fintech space.
  • Building and maintaining robust talent pipelines using a variety of sourcing methods.
  • Sharing insightful content on industry trends and participating in events to establish Cititec Talent as a leading tech recruitment partner.
Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet business objectives.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and candidates.
  • Contribute to the development of our recruitment function, including process improvements and best practices.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 4 years of experience in 360 technology recruitment, with a proven track record of building a successful desk in the commodities or fintech space.
  • Strong business development acumen, with a clear focus on driving revenue growth and exceeding billing targets.
  • Experience recruiting in major hubs, including London, New York, Boston, Houston, Switzerland, and Singapore.
  • Proven thought leadership, with a strong presence on industry platforms and a track record of content creation and event participation.
