Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team, specializing in Contract and Permanent recruitment within the Buy-Side Quant realm. This is a unique opportunity to work with a well-established agency, with a strong focus on building a niche expertise.

About the Role

This role involves:

  • Recruiting top Quantitative Developers, DevOps, Networking, Storage, Hardware, and Infrastructure professionals for our clients in the USA.
  • Building relationships with clients and candidates to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Developing and executing recruitment strategies to meet client demands.
  • Collaborating with our team to share knowledge and best practices.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in recruitment, with a focus on Contract and Permanent recruitment.
  • Strong knowledge of the Financial and Quantitative Technology industries, with a focus on the Buy-Side Quant realm.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates.
  • A proactive and results-driven approach, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
