The Opportunity

We're seeking a Recruiter to join our entrepreneurial team from our London (hybrid) office.

We've built a reputation in the market for excellence and industry knowledge.

As part of our supportive team, you'll develop your network of clients, working closely with highly experienced recruiters, delivering consulting hires ranging from £50,000 to £250,000.

Key Responsibilities

You will:

  • Develop and maintain trusted client relationships across the consulting industry through relationship-based sales and account management
  • Deliver the best consulting talent across a client base made up of growing management consultancies
  • Collaborate with peers across the business to support business growth

Requirements

You will bring:

  • A background in 360 recruitment, preferably in consulting or professional services
  • A track record of sales, opening up new clients, and growing existing accounts
  • An entrepreneurial mindset and an understanding of the value of developing long-term relationships
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, able to build trust, motivate, and inspire others
  • A creative problem solver
  • Ability to work collaboratively, with a focus on team
  • Determination, resilience, and positivity
