Desired Skills & Experience

  • A proven track record in recruiting media professionals for agency or client-side permanent roles within the media agency landscape, digital, or tech sectors.
  • Experience in sourcing and hiring freelance professionals is preferred, along with an understanding of the freelance marketplace.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the recruitment lifecycle, including brief-taking, headhunting, advertising, selection, assessment, and offer management.
  • Experience conducting interviews both in-person and via phone.
  • Ability to manage senior stakeholders and serve as a trusted talent advisor.
  • A consultative approach, comfortable working within complex and fast-paced organizations.
  • A commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion as central values in your recruitment approach.
  • Familiarity with recruitment applicant tracking systems and proficiency in Excel.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with candidates and hiring managers.
  • An understanding of the role marketing plays in talent attraction and acquisition, with a focus on innovative ways to promote our brand and attract top talent.
  • A commitment to delivering high-quality results that provide tangible benefits to the business.
