Talent Acquisition Partner - French Speaking

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team in France. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for attracting and engaging top talent for our critical project.

The ideal candidate will have excellent talent judgement, accountability, and the ability to deliver results in a fast-paced, ambitious, and matrixed environment. Experience of managing multiple senior stakeholders across a region, using exceptional consultative skills and influencing action and change, is highly desirable.

As a temporary contractor, you will be employed by our Managed Service Provider, Magnit Global, who manage most of our temporary contract hiring. You will not be employed by Diageo.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with our France business to attract and engage high-calibre, diverse talent
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet business needs
  • Manage multiple senior stakeholders across a region, using exceptional consultative skills and influencing action and change
  • Act as a coach and mentor to key stakeholders, championing diversity and inclusion
  • Provide expert advice on hiring, I&D, employer brand, and data insights
Requirements:
  • Experience in-house talent acquisition professional with excellent talent judgement and accountability
  • Ability to deliver results in a fast-paced, ambitious, and matrixed environment
  • French language skill is essential
