About the Role

In this exciting opportunity, you will join the Vodafone Legal team as a Talent Acquisition Business Partner, reporting directly to the Talent Acquisition Manager. Your primary focus will be on permanent hiring, working closely with stakeholders to attract, assess, and onboard top talent in the market.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a user-led approach to identify and assess top legal talent, leveraging data to inform business decisions.
  • Source talent creatively, using both existing and new tools/methods to find and retain the best candidates.
  • Act as Client Lead for your area, ensuring resourcing activity meets both tactical and strategic needs of the business.
  • Be the primary point of contact for the business, ensuring resourcing activity aligns with short and long-term needs of the legal department and potentially other functions.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to build strong relationships and maintain a diverse and inclusive workplace.

  • You will be an exceptional client service provider, able to inspire others and deliver the best candidate experience.
  • You will have a deep understanding of the importance of a robust TA process, especially in legal recruitment.
  • You will be experienced in using data to inform business decisions, networking, and building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
