Strategic Talent Acquisition Partner

In this role, you will report to the Talent Acquisition Manager and partner closely with stakeholders in Vodafone Legal, taking the lead on permanent hiring. You will work in a highly aligned global team focused on attracting, assessing and onboarding the best talent in the market.
Key Responsibilities- Advise senior stakeholders on the legal talent landscape, building diverse and inclusive talent pipelines.
- Host/attend events to maintain your extensive network within the legal sector, especially within investments, M&A and competition law.
- Own the end-to-end recruiting process for legal roles, adopting a user and data-led approach to identifying and assessing top legal talent.
- Attract and select the best internal and external candidates in a balanced, consistent, and transparent way, with a candidate-centric approach and expertise in the legal sector as well as in other areas.
- Act as Client Lead for your area, using judgement based on analysis of information to ensure resourcing activity meets both the tactical and strategic needs of the business.
- Discretionary yearly bonus.
- Annual leave: 28 days + bank holidays + the opportunity to buy/sell/carry over 5 days/year.
- Maternity leave: 52 weeks out of which the first 13 weeks are fully paid followed by 26 weeks of half pay and 6 months - working 4 days, getting paid 5.
