As a respected and rapidly expanding Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) provider, we are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist / Business Partner to support one of our key clients.


The role offers a hybrid working arrangement, requiring 2 days a week at the client’s offices in London and 3 days of remote work.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage recruitment efforts across three critical business sectors: Technology, Actuarial, and Risk/Compliance.
  2. Oversee third-party agency relationships, including briefing agencies and qualifying positions with key stakeholders.
  3. Facilitate direct hiring processes while ensuring the client receives exceptional recruitment services consistently.
  4. Maintain clear communication with stakeholders regarding recruitment progress, feedback, and updates.
  5. Drive the recruitment lifecycle from application management to candidate engagement, ensuring a smooth experience for all parties involved.


As a pivotal member of the recruitment team, you will ensure a seamless and positive experience throughout the hiring process.


Qualifications:

  • Experience in financial services recruitment is highly advantageous.
  • Proven ability to source both active and passive candidates, identifying exceptional talent.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to persuade and influence.
  • A collaborative team player with a consultative approach and an entrepreneurial mindset.
