About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, where you will play a key role in developing and implementing attraction strategies to drive business growth.

As a key member of our Talent Acquisition team, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing attraction strategies to improve the quality and quantity of applications.
  • Managing and overseeing our external careers social media channels to ensure consistency and effectiveness.
  • Aligning closely with our Communications team to ensure consistency of messaging and sharing content for relevant channels.
  • Partnering with specialist agency partners to deliver cost-effective, timely, and high-quality solutions.
  • Supporting the development of our careers sites as an attraction and brand building tool.
  • Supporting the development of internal colleagues across relevant channels, focusing on facilitating internal mobility and internal career development.
  • Supporting the delivery of advocacy plans, with a focus on engaging colleagues.
  • Supporting the Talent Acquisition team with operational recruitment communications and assisting in the development of broad integrated marketing plans.

You will need:

  • Proven experience of working with employer branding tools and attraction/talent acquisition strategies within a complex recruitment function.
  • Experience of careers site development and executing change.
  • Broad understanding of the recruitment market, including candidate behavior trends, employer branding, job boards, social channels, and talent acquisition trends.
  • Passionate advocate of employer branding with demonstrative knowledge of how this can impact candidate experience and communications.
  • Ability to work collaboratively, recognizing cultural, demographic, geographical candidate market impacts and ensuring effectiveness by adapting approaches.
  • Experience of working in a matrix-led environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, experience in creating content for social channels or writing for internal/external audiences.
