Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with our Talent Acquisition Partner to identify and recommend the best candidates for our roles.

Oversee all work experience, diversity, equity, and inclusion programs, as well as intern and analyst recruitment on a global scale.

Partner with our Talent Acquisition Manager to plan and execute Assessment Centres in alignment with business needs.

Build relationships with universities and student organizations that serve as a talent pipeline for our diverse candidate pool.

Plan and participate in various Career Fairs, representing our firm to prospective candidates.

Work alongside our in-house Marketing team to ensure our digital content effectively attracts and informs our target audience.

Manage ongoing intern and work experience programs, collaborating with our resourcing team to ensure productive experiences.

Develop compelling job advertisements and case studies in partnership with the business.

Oversee the candidate experience from initial contact to final decision, ensuring it reflects our brand values.

Ensure a polished and exceptional experience for candidates and stakeholders using our applicant tracking system.

Maintain clear communication with all recruitment participants to manage expectations effectively.
