Position Overview

Talent Acquisition Consultant / Contract / Flexible Office Locations

Insight Select, a prominent global non-profit organization, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Consultant to join their team on a contractual basis to assist with a significant initiative. This initiative will necessitate multiple new appointments both domestically and internationally, requiring a strong grasp of recruitment methodologies, organizational structures, and the creation of job specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the formulation of organizational structures and the recruitment of essential positions for the initiative.
  • Craft job specifications and collaborate with senior leadership on their refinement.
  • Engage with international offices regarding their staffing frameworks.
  • Partner with Human Resources on new appointments and onboarding processes for the initiative.
  • Recruit volunteers on a global scale.
  • Provide guidance to HR on volunteer recruitment, including screening criteria and visa considerations.
  • Work closely with executive leadership on recruitment timelines and project milestones.
  • Facilitate the recruitment, selection, and onboarding of the new management team on an international level.

Required Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in a recruitment business partner or advisory capacity.
  • Proven track record in recruiting for organizational projects.
  • Expertise in managing the complete recruitment lifecycle, including job specification development.
  • Experience with international recruitment.
  • Prior experience in the non-profit sector or with volunteer recruitment is a plus.
