In this role, you will take charge of guiding and mentoring a team of 5 skilled Senior Recruiters, ensuring the delivery of top-notch recruitment and talent acquisition strategies for our head office positions. Your primary focus will be on refining our comprehensive processes, identifying avenues to enhance the team's offerings, and ensuring we attract the finest talent available in the market.
This dynamic position requires you to collaborate closely with our Brand and Attraction, Sourcing teams, People Partners, and leadership to execute our strategic talent agenda and support our organizational goals through exceptional talent acquisition.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the Recruitment Lifecycle: Manage the complete recruitment process for positions up to Senior Manager level, with an emphasis on diversity, candidate engagement, and effective hiring methodologies. Foster Strong Relationships: Build meaningful connections with Hiring Managers, external partners, and key stakeholders to ensure targeted and successful recruitment initiatives. Strategic Workforce Planning: Partner with People Partners to identify and implement recruitment strategies that align with our business's long-term talent objectives. Market Intelligence: Deliver critical market insights, vacancy trends, and recruitment analytics to stakeholders, facilitating proactive and strategic talent sourcing. Resource Optimization: Effectively manage and adapt your team's resources to address our changing business requirements, focusing on value creation. Team Leadership and Development: Nurture a high-performing team through effective performance management, coaching, and professional growth opportunities.
