Job Opportunity

At SUMO Talent, we are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our talent management efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and maintaining relationships with top-tier talent in the fashion, beauty, and luxury sectors.

  • Develop and execute strategies to attract and retain high-profile talent, ensuring a strong pipeline of industry-leading professionals.
  • Collaborate with talent to identify new opportunities and growth areas, leveraging their expertise and influence to drive business results.
  • Build and maintain relationships with leading brands, negotiating partnerships and collaborations that drive revenue and growth.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments, applying this knowledge to inform talent acquisition and management strategies.
Requirements
  1. At least 1 year of experience in talent management, with a proven track record of success in identifying and developing top talent.
  2. Strong understanding of the fashion, beauty, and luxury sectors, with an established network of contacts and relationships.
  3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with talent and brands.
