About the Role

Joining Faraday Partners presents a unique opportunity to engage with an innovative model of talent advisory services.

As a member of a dynamic, diverse, and international team, you will collaborate with and guide early-stage entrepreneurs, assisting them in transforming their visions into the next generation of industry leaders.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Strategic Talent Acquisition: Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy that aligns with Faraday Partners' value proposition, consistently attracting top-tier talent and facilitating core business expansion on a global scale.
  2. Talent Engagement: Identify, track, engage, and secure the most promising candidates at Senior Associate, Associate, and Analyst levels across key talent sectors, including recruitment, organizational design, and coaching.
  3. Training and Development: Establish and scale a training and continuous learning program for talent, promoting a methodology that supports ongoing professional development and engagement.
  4. Organizational Growth Planning: Define and manage the organizational and capacity growth strategy to ensure a robust and high-quality talent pipeline is available to support business expansion, complemented by a world-class candidate experience.
  5. Onboarding and Mentorship: Oversee the onboarding, training, assessment, and mentoring of new hires, ensuring that performance feedback is integrated into the core business growth strategy.
  6. Employment Branding: Craft, refine, and enhance the global employment brand for Faraday Partners in collaboration with the leadership team, marketing, and external partners to clearly position the firm in international markets.
  7. Process Design and Development: Contribute to the design and evolution of key business processes, focusing on maintaining a consistent global experience through research and data analysis.
  8. Industry Representation: Act as a representative of Faraday Partners within the talent industry, engaging in external public relations, thought leadership, and industry events.
  9. Market Insight: Gain direct exposure to the executive talent market and relevant topics, with a proven track record in the venture capital or private equity sectors.
  10. Analytical Approach: Maintain a systematic approach, committed to processes, data analysis, and meticulous attention to detail, ensuring nothing is overlooked.
  11. Solution-Oriented Mindset: Focus on removing obstacles at every stage, building capabilities and foundations through decisive actions to achieve outcomes collaboratively.
  12. Work-Life Balance: Uphold a commitment to work/life balance, engaging in personal interests and contributing positively to the culture and organizational identity of Faraday Partners.
