Your Responsibilities

Borderless Capital is seeking to hire a Fixed Term Contract Talent Acquisition Partner to support our expanding teams. We are currently in an exciting phase of growth, and you will be recruiting across various roles within our organization.

In this position, you will
  • Establish and nurture relationships with candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a positive experience for all involved.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring teams to facilitate informed hiring decisions.
  • Oversee the complete recruitment process with a focus on strong partnerships with hiring managers and advocacy for candidates.
  • Work alongside sourcing specialists to identify and attract top talent for critical positions.
  • Source, assess, and finalize candidates for a variety of roles, including technical, creative, and business positions.

  • Proven experience in a dynamic and high-volume recruitment environment.
  • Background in finance, technology, or a creative industry is preferred.
