Role OverviewYour Responsibilities
In the capacity of a Regional Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be instrumental in sourcing and onboarding care professionals for various branches within your designated area. This role requires you to influence stakeholders at multiple levels to establish an effective recruitment strategy, ensuring weekly hiring objectives are met in line with business expansion. You will provide a consistent recruitment service, develop regional strategies, manage attraction budgets, and uphold marketing and branding standards. This field-based position involves working from home, branch locations, and central offices, focusing on overcoming recruitment challenges in the region. You will lead a small team of regional recruiters, guiding their attraction efforts and promoting individual growth in alignment with our commitment to prioritizing people.

QualificationsWhat You Need
You should have demonstrated expertise in high-volume recruitment, showcasing a thorough understanding of the recruitment process and the ability to identify opportunities for performance enhancement. A strong awareness of market challenges in the social care sector and proficiency in designing effective recruitment strategies are essential. Key skills include the ability to interpret and utilize data, tailor presentations for various audiences, and report recruitment performance against KPIs. Additionally, strong team management, organizational, and communication skills are required, along with proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems and Microsoft Office. A commitment to working at the base location for a few days each week is also necessary.
