Position Description:

We are seeking a skilled Regional Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team at Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for providing candidate selection, hiring manager coaching, interviewing techniques, and talent assessment across our organization and its affiliated entities.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate goal achievement by managing assessment tools.
  • Contribute to the development of corporate-wide recruiting strategies and campaigns, and make recommendations regarding policies and procedures.
  • Meet monthly recruiting goals in a high volume, fast-paced environment.
  • Develop internal and external communications and communities to promote Goodwill opportunities.
  • Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with hiring managers and client groups.
  • Recruit primarily for Retail Management positions for our stores across Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona and affiliated entities.
  • Identify, qualify, and present candidates to business leaders.
  • Respond to employment inquiries from potential candidates and hiring managers.
  • Conduct weekly debriefs and status updates with business leaders.
  • Advise managers and team members on staffing policies and procedures.
  • Maintain current knowledge of EEO, Affirmative Action, OFCCP, ADA, and other related guidelines and laws.
  • Partner with the recruiting team to continuously innovate and improve Goodwill's hiring practices.
  • Model Goodwill Core Values – Trust, Collaboration, Engagement, Ownership, and Innovation.
