We are seeking a collaborative and results-driven Talent Acquisition Business Partner to join our dynamic team at LHH Recruitment Solutions. As a key member of our global talent acquisition team, you will partner with senior leaders to drive global expansion and attract top talent across the Sales and Marketing division.

About the Role:

  • Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for the global Marketing function, ensuring the business attracts high-quality candidates through innovative sourcing methods.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to design and implement effective hiring strategies, leveraging your expertise in talent acquisition and stakeholder management.
  • Work closely with HR and regional teams to support internal talent mobility and advise on hiring strategy, driving business growth and success.
  • Use your creative skills to develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies, strengthening the employer brand in global markets.
  • Partner with senior leaders to drive business growth and success, making a meaningful impact on a global division.

About You:

  • Proven experience in senior-level talent acquisition, ideally in-house within a fast-paced or tech-driven environment.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and advise senior leadership.
  • Skilled in sourcing high-quality candidates and developing creative recruitment strategies.
  • Confident in delivering interview training and guiding recruitment teams.
