Job Title: Head of Talent Acquisition

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Head of Talent Acquisition to lead our global recruitment efforts. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy that aligns with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement a global talent acquisition strategy that attracts diverse talent across operational, corporate, and leadership roles.
  2. Collaborate with senior leadership and HR teams to align recruitment strategies with overall business objectives.
  3. Lead employer branding initiatives to position our company as an employer of choice in the global market.
  4. Design and implement workforce planning initiatives to ensure proactive talent acquisition for future business needs.
  5. Analyse industry trends and workforce data to continuously improve talent strategies and stay ahead of the competition.
  6. Oversee and manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding.
  7. Develop and maintain strong working relationships with hiring managers, ensuring a collaborative and consultative approach to recruitment.
  8. Establish and manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and partners, ensuring that service delivery meets business expectations.
  9. Lead and mentor a high-performing talent acquisition team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and innovation.
  10. Ensure all recruitment operations are compliant with legal and ethical standards and diversity & inclusion practices.
  11. Partner with key stakeholders and hiring managers to understand business needs and define talent requirements.
  12. Act as a trusted advisor to leadership, providing insight on talent acquisition trends, best practices, and market challenges.
  13. Serve as the face of the talent function in cross-functional meetings, presentations, and discussions.
  14. Lead initiatives that strengthen the company's EVP and support recruitment marketing efforts.
  15. Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to build and promote employer branding campaigns across digital and offline channels.
  16. Drive DE+I initiatives within recruitment strategies to ensure the business attracts diverse talent.
  17. Use data and analytics to measure and optimize talent acquisition efforts, reporting on key metrics such as time-to-fill, quality of hire, and cost-per-hire.
  18. Provide regular updates and insights to senior leadership on recruitment performance, market trends, and challenges.

Requirements:

  1. 10+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with 5+ years in a leadership role, ideally within a global, fast-paced, and complex environment.
  2. Strong understanding of operational and corporate recruitment, with the ability to recruit for a diverse range of functions and roles.
  3. Proven experience in developing and executing talent strategies that align with broader business goals.
  4. Strong track record in employer branding and recruitment marketing, with a creative and innovative approach to attracting talent.
  5. Ability to work with and manage external recruitment agencies and other third-party vendors.
  6. Experience in developing diversity and inclusion recruitment strategies.
  7. Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to make informed decisions.
  8. Flexibility to travel to London once a week and occasionally to other company sites across the UK.
