Global Talent Acquisition and Sourcing Opportunity

Klick Health is a dynamic and fast-growing organization in the life sciences industry. We are seeking a skilled Global Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team on a full-time basis.

This role will be responsible for managing a portfolio of talent acquisition projects across three different regions globally (EMEA, APAC, LATAM). The successful candidate will work collaboratively with the talent acquisition team, key stakeholders, and external thought leaders to operationalize a world-class TA experience for candidates.

The Global Senior Talent Acquisition Partner will work with the VP Director TA to proactively plan, source, assess, and qualify best-in-class talent to join Klick Inc. This includes executing tactical sourcing plans, actively sourcing and recruiting high-quality external candidates in support of business plans and goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with business leaders and Hiring Managers to ensure a deep understanding of the role and requirements
  2. Execute key talent insights to drive accountability and forward-thinking conversations ensuring optimal people competencies are aligned to overall business priorities
  3. Work with VP TA to leverage market intelligence and analytics to drive the recruiting methodology to elevate the hiring, selection, and overall candidate experience
  4. Execute effective and efficient sourcing, hiring, and selection tools and resources to support business requirements and strategies
  5. Solutions-focused to manage changes in talent acquisition process to increase both hiring velocity and candidate experience
  6. Suggest best practices for how talent acquisition is approached across the organization
  7. Communicate effectively with external candidates about Klick and role specifics
  8. Manage a high-volume candidate pipeline and drive the full-cycle recruitment process

Team Leadership and Collaboration:

  1. Coach and mentor new TA and TE partners
  2. Actively participate in team meetings and contribute to idea formation
  3. Suggest various levers to use in order to achieve hiring targets

Candidate Management:

  1. Manage 15-20 roles at any given time, including freelance, contract, and permanent full-time needs across Klick's Global Presence in EMEA, APAC, and LATAM
  2. Source, screen, and interview candidates to develop pools of talent through various sources
  3. Create a positive candidate experience through continued communication, courtesy, and respect
  4. Research and make recommendations on the latest recruiting trends and tools to strive for efficiencies and effectiveness in Talent Acquisition
  5. Demonstrate the ability to anticipate hiring manager preferences through in-depth interviews and high offer-to-interview ratios
  6. Regularly visit hiring manager departments to develop a thorough understanding of the department culture and use that understanding to help candidates fully understand the opportunity
  7. Participate in networking events with industry organizations and partners
  8. Represent the organization at all times with Pride, Passion, Enthusiasm, and Commitment

Requirements:

  1. 5-7+ years of experience in talent/talent acquisition with exposure to external hiring agencies
  2. Prior experience working as a recruiter for agency or marketing organization
  3. Prior experience recruiting for Client Services, Strategy, PMO, Creative, and Medical Strategy
  4. Results and solutions-oriented
  5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  6. Strong initiative and solid judgment
  7. Ability to manage competing demands, accept criticism and constructive feedback, while being extremely adaptable and flexible
  8. Excellent project management, writing, and oral communication skills are required
  9. Demonstrated ability to command the attention and respect of senior-level leaders
  10. Demonstrated ability to recruit for a broad/deep range of positions
  11. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately
