We are looking for a RevOps Manager to join our Adventure division in transforming our customer operations to drive growth, efficiency, and alignment across our organisation. You will be responsible for breaking down departmental silos, optimising processes, and implementing the right technology solutions to ensure our sales, marketing, and customer facing teams work cohesively to achieve revenue targets.

What you will be doing:

Alignment: Foster collaboration and communication between sales, marketing, and customer facing teams to ensure a unified approach to revenue generation

Process Optimisation: Work closely with our customer experience manager to analyse and improve revenue-related processes to enhance efficiency, reduce friction, and provide a seamless customer journey

Data Integration: Collaborate with data analysts to oversee the integration of data from various sources to create a single source of truth for revenue metrics, enabling data-driven decision-making

Technology Stack: Evaluate, select, and implement the appropriate technology tools and systems to support revenue operations, including CRM, marketing automation, and analytics platforms

KPI Development: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of revenue operations and provide regular reports to senior management, including but not limited to

Training and Development: Develop training programs and resources to ensure teams are equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles within the RevOps framework

Cross-functional Collaboration: Serve as a liaison between departments, ensuring that all teams are aligned with the company's revenue goals and objectives. Ecommerce Development being one of the main areas requiring cross-functional collaboration

What we are looking for:
  • Demonstrated experience in revenue operations, sales operations and/or digital transformation within a dynamic and fast-paced setting
  • In-depth knowledge of HubSpot CRM system, marketing automation tools, and analytics platforms
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proven leadership in inspiring change and implementing process improvement initiatives
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and adept at managing multiple projects concurrently
  • A passion for adventure travel and a strong dedication to providing outstanding customer experiences
  • A positive, proactive, can-do individual who brings energy to the team and is a very strong collaborator
