Job Title: Construction Operative

Job Overview:

Role Objective: Deliver essential maintenance assistance as a key member of a collaborative team for both scheduled and on-demand activities.

  • Perform routine maintenance assignments as instructed by the Site Manager or Supervisor
  • Utilize Mobile Elevated Work Platforms (MEWP) and Forklifts as required
  • Set up and take down PASMA/stair towers
  • Ensure all documentation is accurately completed
  • Utilize maintenance tools and equipment responsibly
  • Assist fellow team members
  • Execute tasks in a safe and conscientious manner
  • Effectively manage workload

Safety Protocols

  • Participate in safety training and briefings
  • Comply with safety regulations consistently

Candidate Profile

  • Experience in construction or related fields
  • Basic understanding of Health & Safety regulations
  • Familiarity with permit-to-work systems
