Job Overview

The Operations team plays a crucial role in delivering continuous support and operational excellence to our global workforce, ensuring seamless execution of each charter.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering round-the-clock operational assistance to brokers worldwide from our central office.
  • Collaborating closely with the onsite representative team and customer experience to address any challenges that may arise on the day of the flight.
  • Providing essential operational insights and aiding in the arrangement of charters for brokers across all international divisions.
  • Supporting live charter flights by offering comprehensive service to brokers and advising on potential issues.
  • Monitoring flights, tracking all relevant details, and keeping brokers informed, including sending movement notifications to brokers and clients as needed.
  • Establishing and nurturing relationships with airline operators, FBOs, and airports globally.
  • Maintaining continuous updates for the Operations Control Center, ensuring the ACS CRM and compliance systems reflect the latest airline, airport, and handling information.
  • Preparing daily reports and communications for global teams and management, alerting brokers to any potential operational risks.
Qualifications

  • Flexibility to work 12-hour shifts, including night shifts.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in a second language is a plus.

  • The ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Confidence in building relationships with clients and suppliers.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to find solutions.
