About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hard Services Supervisor to join our team at EMCOR UK. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for supervising the effective and efficient running of our onsite hard services function, which comprises of Electrical, Mechanical, and Building fabric disciplines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the daily PPM work schedules and reactive tasks for our maintenance teams.
- Coordinate and control all documents and reports associated with these works and carry out audit checks to meet cGMP standards.
- Manage staff ongoing training requirements and liaise closely with the HVAC, Porterage, and Soft Services teams to ensure good stakeholder liaison.
- Plan and execute subcontractor visits, ensuring they are suitably planned and executed.
- Liaise with the Hard Services Manager to produce a monthly planning schedule for the maintenance teams.
- Identify and address SLA failures and resource shortfalls with the helpdesk.
- Drive operational efficiencies by positively challenging current working practices.
- Plan weekly workload for the onsite maintenance team in conjunction with the Hard Services Manager.
Requirements:
- Experience within a similar role.
- Diploma Certificate or equivalent technical qualifications.
- BIFM, CIBSE qualified.
- Knowledge of BMS, PCS systems, and their implementation, as well as testing equipment use in clean room maintenance.
