Asset Management Specialist

Position Overview:

This position is tasked with assisting the Asset & Governance Manager along with the on-site Operations Team in formulating and executing comprehensive asset management strategies for the long term. The individual will collaborate closely with internal IT and Operational Asset Management teams to assess data integrity and enhance system efficiency. Core responsibilities encompass validating performance metrics, ensuring adherence to regulations, and benchmarking asset information.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Effectively oversee the entire Asset Maintenance portfolio
  • Enhance asset operational efficiency in accordance with ISO55001 standards
  • Formulate and enforce Asset Management Policies and Procedures
  • Establish efficient interface models with client CMMS systems
  • Assist in new contract mobilizations and asset integration
  • Lead asset management transformation initiatives
  • Employ data analysis methodologies to guide asset performance
  • Supervise asset management systems and revise asset plans
  • Execute asset management processes and procedures for data gathering and reporting
  • Evaluate and refine Asset Management processes
  • Support the specification and implementation of BIM standards
  • Promote ongoing enhancement in asset data quality
  • Identify and create innovative tools for asset management and reporting

Candidate Profile:

  • Preferably educated to a minimum of HNC/HND level in a relevant field
  • Proven experience in asset management, lifecycle management, and change management
  • Possess IAM Certificate in Asset Management, ideally IAM Diploma
  • Strong IT capabilities and familiarity with CMMS/CAFM systems
  • Understanding of corporate real estate and property management
  • Professional membership in relevant organizations is advantageous
