Position Overview
Our Operations team plays a crucial role in delivering continuous operational support and coverage to our employees globally, ensuring seamless execution of each charter.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering 24/7 operational support to ACS brokers around the world from our central office.
- Collaborating closely with the onsite representative team and customer experience to address any challenges that may arise on the day of the flight.
- Providing operational insights and assisting in the setup of charters for brokers across all global divisions.
- Offering comprehensive support throughout live charter flights, advising brokers on potential issues.
- Monitoring flight progress, tracking all flight details, and keeping brokers informed while sending movement updates to brokers and clients as needed.
- Establishing and nurturing relationships with airline operators, FBOs, and airports globally.
- Maintaining continuous updates for the Operations Control Center (OCC) to ensure the ACS CRM and compliance systems reflect the most current data.
- Preparing daily reports and communications for worldwide teams and management, highlighting potential risks to upcoming operations.
Qualifications:
- A strong passion for exceeding customer service expectations.
- A genuine commitment to enhancing the customer journey and achieving outstanding results.
- Flexibility to work 12-hour shift patterns, including night shifts.
- Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in a second language is a plus.
- Ambition, drive, and self-motivation are key attributes.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Confidence in building relationships with clients and suppliers.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to find solutions.
