About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to lead our sales and service team in one of our stores. As an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, delivering exceptional customer service, and leading a team of sales advisors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate a team of sales advisors to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and increase sales revenue
  • Manage and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving
  • Collaborate with the store management team to achieve business objectives and goals
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and development opportunities to team members

About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional with a proven track record in sales and leadership. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team. You will also have a strong understanding of the bridal retail industry and be familiar with our products and services.
