Our Minster Salvation Army is a vibrant and busy church looking to recruit a part-time Administrator for 12 hours a week, to provide a wide range of administrative and practical support to the Corps (Church), under the direction of the Corps Officers (Church Leaders).

Term time arrangement would be considered.

Key responsibilities:
You will be responsible for providing an administrative service to the Corps and charity shop. You will take calls from the public; prepare letters/documents/reports/send and administration involved with our charity shop.

  • Awareness of health & safety processes
  • Awareness of Safeguarding processes
  • Experience of providing administrative support
  • Experience of using Word, Excel etc
  • Confidentiality and Understanding of GDPR
  • Experience of working/supporting volunteers
  • Ability to prioritise, organise and manage workload
  • Ability to work within The Salvation Army's Christian ethos and key values
