**Role Overview**:
As a Commercial Administrator, you will be responsible for providing crucial administrative support to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our sales and marketing functions. Your role will encompass a wide range of tasks, from meeting preparation to marketing coordination and data analysis.

**Role Responsibilities**:

- _Phone Answering: _Professionally handle incoming calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate team members.
- _Team Meeting Preparation: _Assist in the preparation of meeting materials, including slides and presentations.
- _Meeting Follow-ups - Notes: _Capture meeting discussions, action items, and follow-up tasks, ensuring clear and accurate notes.
- _Assisting the Commercial Director: _Provide administrative support to the Commercial Director, helping with various tasks and ensuring efficient departmental operations.
- _Liaising with Marketing Contractors: _Collaborate with external marketing contractors, including graphics designers, web developers, and digital marketing, to support marketing initiatives and functions.
- _Sales and Marketing Meetings: _Attend sales and marketing meetings, providing administrative support and helping with agenda creation and documentation.
- _Meeting with the Commercial Director: _Participate in meetings with the Commercial Director to capture next steps and assist in strategic planning.
- _Webinar Event Management: _Arrange and organize webinar events, from planning to execution.
- _KPI Tracking and Analysis: _Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and conduct data analysis, presenting findings to the Commercial Director.
- _Proposal Preparation: _Prepare proposals to support the Sales team when necessary, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
- _New Business Activities: _Engage in new business discovery calls, follow-up communications, and proposal preparation.
- _Contract Renewal Assistance: _Assist the Account Management team in the contract renewal process.
- _Departmental Goal Support: _Collaborate with the Commercial Director to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
- _CRM:_ Maintain and update CRM system with accurate client information and activity.
- _Lead Generation: _Support the development of targeted lead generation campaigns. Maintain lead databases and ensure data accuracy.

**Required Skills**:
**Essential**
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in sales and marketing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

**Salary**: £24,000.00 per year

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:
