**Role Overview**:
Working within the Professional Services team, this role is fast paced with a link to projects, visits, education and most importantly customer service.
You will be performing administrative tasks to ensure smooth communication between all relevant parties internally and externally. Therefore, the ability to work well as part of a team as well as showing initiative to work independently is a must.
**Role Responsibilities**:
Interdepartmental communication
Liaising & booking work with third parties
Updating our PSA to manage and monitor all activities
Calendar management
Updating online training platforms
Attend weekly meetings and reporting on KPIs within the meeting
Contribute to internal policies, procedures, and processes

A high level of personal responsibility and self-discipline
**Salary**: From £21,500.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Ramsgate: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
**Education**:
- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
**Language**:
- English (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Driving Licence (preferred)
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Ramsgate
