AEM Limited, a prominent independent overhaul and repair facility in Europe, provides services to airlines, helicopter operators, and airframe manufacturers, with expertise spanning multiple aircraft systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and nurture robust customer relationships with designated accounts.
  • Address customer inquiries, including account and warranty concerns.
  • Manage Forward Load for specific customer accounts, coordinating orders and collaborating with the team to prioritize tasks.
  • Assist in resolving Technical Issues between service workshops and clients.
  • Provide weekly updates regarding On-Time Delivery (OTD) scores for customer inquiries.
  • Ensure Gross Margin is maintained for assigned accounts.
  • Communicate Customer Status reports for designated accounts.
  • Generate Work Orders (WO's) for customers as necessary.
  • Organize and archive Work Packs upon completion.
