Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Retail Merchandising Specialist to join our team at CPM United Kingdom Ltd. As a Retail Merchandising Specialist, you will be responsible for placing point-of-sale (POS) materials in designated areas of Asda stores, ensuring maximum visibility and impact for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sign into the store and introduce yourself to key store contacts
  • Liaise with store colleagues to locate previously delivered POS materials
  • Place POS materials, including bollard covers, promotional barkers, blinkers, and gondola end cardboard display units, in pre-arranged sections of the store
  • Use a stepladder to place media at height, as required
Requirements
  • Ability to get to the agreed store(s) every Thursday to complete your visit
  • Flexibility to work between 6am and 7pm on Thursdays, with varying hours each week
  • Ownership of a smartphone (Android or Apple) to report visits in-store
  • Comfortable using a stepladder to place media at height
  • Competence in using and navigating an app-based system
  • Ability to work in-store, navigating around the store and potentially moving heavier boxes of POS or stock
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Experience working with POS materials
