We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Remote Support Specialist to join our team at HRGO Recruitment. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for complex issues via phone, email, and remote desktop
  • Document and track customer interactions and issues in our CRM system
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our clients' technology stack and industry-leading technical accreditations
  • Communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and effective issue resolution

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in technical support and customer service
  • 6 industry-leading technical accreditations and a passion for technology and customer service
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • A valid UK driving license and willingness to travel to client sites as needed
