Customer Service Representative

As a key member of our team at Trapeze Recruitment Services Limited, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients. Your day-to-day role will involve taking incoming service requests, using your technical skills to diagnose and resolve issues, and maintaining a high level of technical standard across our clients' technology stack.
This is an entry-level role that requires no prior experience or qualifications, as comprehensive training and development will be provided upon employment. You will be working in a fast-paced environment, requiring a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
Responsibilities and Expectations
- Be accountable for your performance and maintain a high level of professionalism.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential, as you will be documenting your work within our Professional Services Automation system for every customer request.
- Multi-tasking is critical in this role, as you will be handling a high volume of customer requests, phone calls, emails, and alerts.
- The ability to work under pressure and maintain a positive attitude is essential in this fast-paced environment.
- You will be expected to become a product champion for a particular area of our technology stack, providing expert knowledge and support to our clients.
