Your Future Role

Embrace a new challenge and leverage your supply chain expertise in a cutting-edge environment. Reporting to the S&OP Manager, you will collaborate with dedicated and passionate colleagues.

You will become a vital member of our successful material forecasting and analysis team, assisting in the evaluation and management of our long-term material needs for both internal and external suppliers, ensuring that material and work package data remains precise throughout the process.

We will rely on you for:


• Developing and maintaining the material cost model using SAP or other modelling software


• Forecasting material usage and costs for the entire project lifecycle


• Organising and leading regular lifecycle cost reviews


• Supporting work package management and financial processes


• Generating simulations and anticipating changes


• Reporting and analysing budget versus actual costs


• Identifying priorities related to risk and impact, and establishing recovery actions with stakeholders


• Analysing and sharing performance KPIs with various stakeholders


• Contributing to new business risk assessments and mitigation strategies


• Coordinating with other departments to ensure accurate information flow


• Identifying cost reduction opportunities and maintaining a pipeline of potential synergies across platforms and commodities


• Implementing APSYS roadmap and standards


• Managing Auditable Change Control


• Participating in EHS improvements and targets


• Enabling project growth through accurate forecasting

Essential


• Graduated from Higher Education in Business, Administration, Engineering, or Supply Chain.


• Familiarity with ERPs, supply chain concepts, and continuous improvement processes


• Knowledge of inventory management and material planning techniques


• Ability to influence, negotiate, and communicate effectively at all organisational levels


• Understanding of industrial scheduling


• Process-oriented mindset


• Proficiency in supply chain information systems


• Data analytics skills


• Basic project management knowledge

Desirable


• Supply chain certification.


• Experience with SAP
