About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Cost Analyst to join our team at Alstom. As a key member of our material forecasting and analysis team, you will play a crucial role in analyzing and managing our long-term material requirements for internal and external suppliers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Responsible for creation and maintenance of material cost model within SAP / Other modelling software
  • Forecasting material usage / cost for full project life cycle
  • Arrange and lead regular life cycle cost reviews
  • Support work package management and financial processes
  • Generate simulations / anticipate changes
  • Reporting and analysis of the budget vs actual costs
  • Identify priorities associated with risk/impact and set up recovery actions with stakeholders
  • Analyse and share performance KPI's with different stakeholders
  • Contribute to new business risk assessments and mitigation action plans
  • Liaise with other departments to ensure the correct level of information is received
  • Identification of cost reduction opportunities and maintain a potentials pipeline applying synergies across platform / commodity
  • Apply APSYS roadmap and standards
  • Manage Auditable Change Control
  • Participate to EHS improvement and targets
  • Enable project growth via accurate forecasting

  • Graduated at least from Higher Education in Business
  • Administration or Engineering or Supply Chain
  • Experience with ERPs, Supply Chain concepts, processes continuous improvement
