About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Consultant Psychiatrist to join our Thanet Community Mental Health Team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality mental health care to our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans for patients with complex mental health needs.

  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to deliver integrated care and improve patient outcomes.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical research and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve patient care and services.

Requirements
  • MRCPsych or equivalent qualification.
  • Full registration with the GMC and inclusion on the Specialist Register.
  • Approved Clinician status and S12 approval under the Mental Health Act.
  • Excellent clinical skills and knowledge in psychiatry.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
