We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team at ACS Performance. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out site repairs and modifications on both mechanical and electrical equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Mechanical Fault Finding: Identify and resolve mechanical issues on pumps, gearboxes, lathes, grinding machines, and boring machines.
  • Machine Strip Downs and Rebuilds: Disassemble and reassemble equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Planned and Preventive Maintenance: Develop and implement maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan.
  • Mechanical Installation: Install new equipment and perform pipe fitting and machine moves.
Requirements:
  • Excellent Analytical Skills: Possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify and resolve complex mechanical issues.
  • Strong Organizational Abilities: Demonstrate effective organizational and planning skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Cost Consciousness: Be able to work within budget constraints and make cost-effective decisions.
  • Relevant Software Skills: Proficient in CAD, MS Office, and MS Project software.
  • Attention to Detail: Maintain high attention to detail to ensure accurate and efficient work.
